How long is the Roundhouse Tour?

The tour takes approximately 1 – 1.5 hours and is about 1/3 mile in length.

Are we allowed to just walk around the Roundhouse?

No. Because the Roundhouse is a working site, visitors are restricted to the guided tour itself.

How big are the tour groups?

Tour groups can be up to 50 individuals.

Can I buy my tickets at the door or must I order them online?

Tickets are available for walk-ins, however, they sell-out quickly and we encourage all visitors to order tickets in advance. You may also order tickets by calling 330-852-4676.

Are there any special requirements for clothing or footwear?

Yes. We strongly recommend the wearing of comfortable, closed toe, footwear.

Is the tour handicap accessible?

Yes. The entire tour route is on one level and is accessible with wheelchairs and personal scooters.

Do you offer strollers and/or wheelchairs?

No. The Roundhouse does not have strollers or wheelchairs available.

Is the site suitable for very small children?

Yes. Due to the length of the tour and nature of the site, we encourage families with small children to utilize your own strollers for their children during the tour.

What are the Roundhouse’s hours on tour days?

The Roundhouse and Depot (Museum Store) are open from 9:30 am – 3:30 pm on tour days.

May I take and post photos of the Roundhouse?

Yes. Visitors may take and post photos of the Roundhouse for their personal use, including social media sites, but may not use those images for any commercial purpose.

Do you offer food onsite?

No. The Roundhouse does not offer food service onsite but our staff can help direct you to a local eatery.

Are pets allowed on the tour?

No. The Roundhouse only allows properly trained service animals on the tour.
